Logging in to Devices and Apps

    1. Username is your first name, the first initial of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your student ID number. ex: tysonb1234

    2. Password is your birthdate in MMDDYYYY format. ex: 08212020

    1. Make sure that the users are only using the username and not the full email address. For example, I would log in with jphillips instead of jphillips@kcpublicschools.org

    1. Ensure the student is using the correct username and password

    2. Next, the user may need to clear the cache to ensure old data is not interfering

  1. Chromebook has a message that it is locked\missing.

    1. If the Chromebook is powered on at a KCPS location it will attach to the network and reset.
